Small Towns in South Carolina
My posts on Facebook @DanLangRealtor lately have been focused on small towns in the Columbia and Greenville, SC, metro areas. You may ask why and this is a great question.
I have been a real estate agent for a few years now. One thing I have noticed is the desire of home buyers to get that feeling of the town they grew up in as a child.
Small towns in South Carolina still have that feel. More importantly, these small towns have housing at affordable prices. For #firsttimehomebuyers, this could be the difference between being able to or not to buy a first home.
Small towns can provide those in their later years with the security of a lower #mortgage payment, as they decide to downsize. Additionally, most small towns have #walkability that are not found in larger towns.
Quality of life is important. If you are looking for your first home or to downsize because the kids are on their own, take a look at the small towns in South Carolina.
